数值仿真方法在轮胎结构优化设计中的应用

摘要 以8.25R20规格全钢载重子午线轮胎为例介绍数值仿真技术在轮胎结构优化设计中的应用,重点研究胎圈设计曲线对轮胎力学性能的影响。采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS模拟分析3种胎圈曲线设计方案的轮胎从安装轮辋到充气、加载以及驱动状态下的受力情况,并优选出优化方案试制8.25R20规格全钢载重子午线轮胎进行成品试验。结果表明,采用优选方案生产的轮胎耐久性能提高约30%。 The numerical simulation technology in the tire structure optimization with the example of 8.25R20 TBR tire was introduced, the emphases of study was the influence of different bead design curves on the mechanical properties of tires. The whole process, from rim mounting to load application and driving status of three different designs of 8.25R20 TBR tire were simulated by using nonlinear FEA software ABAQUS, and the best design was chosen to produce tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tire that the endurance of optimized tire was increased by 30%.
