摘要
分析了降水、低温、低能见度、大风等灾害性天气对交通的影响和交通线路选址及建设时应考虑的气象因素,并提出了减少气象因素引起的交通安全问题的对策。
The paper analyzes the influence of the severe weather such as precipitation, low temperature, poor visibility and high wind on transport. The address selection of transport line, and the meteorological factor that should be considered under construction are also analyzed. The measure is provided against meteorological factor to influence the transport safety.
