腹部同时发生肾母细胞瘤及神经母细胞瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿，女，2岁9个月。因右腹部疼痛不适伴发热3d，发现腹部占位25d入院。无血尿史，对症处理后症状消失，一般情况好，血压正常。查体：右侧腹部肋下可及一肿物，质硬，较固定，无明显压痛。MRI：右肾上极巨大肿瘤．考虑肾母细胞瘤可能性大，腹主动脉旁淋巴结肿大。增强CT示：右肾上极并脊柱前哑铃状瘤灶挤压包埋腹主动脉，髂动脉。B超：右肾上极可见一囊实性包块，大小约7．8cm×6．7cm×10．3cm，包块边界清楚，形态规整，其内回声不均，囊腔呈蜂窝状，残肾与肿瘤呈握球状。
