摘要
目的:探讨局部及肢体远端不同穴位低频脉冲电针对慢性根性痛大鼠背根神经节P物质(sP)的影响。方法:复制慢性根性痛大鼠模型。将25只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、局部电针组(取双侧L4"夹脊"穴)、远端电针组(取双侧"阳陵泉"穴)及远近结合电针组(取双侧L4"夹脊"穴+双侧"阳陵泉"穴)。通过免疫组化法,观察比较患侧背根神经节sP表达的变化。结果:与模型组相比,正常组、电针组患侧背根神经节sP的表达均减少(P<0.05)。各电针组之间,远近结合电针组患侧背根神经节sP的表达较局部电针组、远端电针组减弱(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电针的镇痛作用可能部分是通过抑制sP的合成实现的。与局部电针组和远端电针组相比,远近结合电针组抑制sP的合成作用较强。
Objective: To investigate the effect of substance P in dorsal root ganglion treated with low frequency transduction pulse electro-acupuncture on different acupoints of local and distant limbs of the chronic radicular pain rats. Methods: The model of rat with chronic radicular pain was adopted and 25maleness Wistar rats were divided into three groups randomly, including normal control group, model group, local acupoints needling group (choose GB34 Yanglingquan at each side), distant acupoints needling group (choose EX-B2 Jiaji at each side of L4); distant and local coordination of acupoints needling group (choose GB34tYanglingquan at each side and EX-B2 Jiaji at each side oiL4). The changes of the expression of substance P in the dorsal root ganglion were observed by the immunochemistry. Results : Compared with the model group, the expression of substance P in the dorsal root ganglion in the normal control group and electroacupuncture groups were lower significantly (P〈0.05). Among the electroacupuncture groups, the expression of substance P in distant and local coordination of acupoints needling group were lower significantly (P〈0.05) compoared with local acuDoints needling group and distant acupoints needling group. Conclusion:The analgesia effect of low frequency transduction pulse electroacupuncture is realized by suppressing the synthesis of substance P to some extent. Compared with local acupoints needling group and distant acupoints needling group, distant and local coordination of acupoints needling group effects better in inhibiting the synthesis of substance P.
