摘要
采用PCR技术、小型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳银染检测法,对169例云南汉族进行了D1S80位点的VNTR扩增片段长度多态性(Amp-FLP)分析,发现了18个等位基因,51种基因型,其分布符合Hardy-Wenberg定律.片断大小分布于400~750bp之间,基因频率为0.0030~0.2633.杂合度为87%,个人识别能力为0.9586,对9个家系的相关个体分析符合孟德尔定律.
PCR technique and vertical eletrophoretic argentation test were applied in the Amp FLP analysis of D 1S 80 among 169 Han people in Yunnan. Discovered were 18 allels and 51 genotypes, whose distribution was in line with Hardy Wenberg law. The amplified fragments were distributed over 400~750 bp and the allele frequencies were 0 003 0~0 263 3. The heterozgosity was 87% and discrimination power was 0 958 6. The corelating individual analysis of 9 families tallied with Mengdel law.
