白蛋白与营养支持的关系 被引量：16

摘要 随着医学水平的提高．一些难治性疾病逐渐被攻克，但在处理过程中伴随出现的营养问题的处理也日益突出并受到重视。临床医师在考虑这些问题时。常习惯性地将血清白蛋白水平与营养状况相联系，并将摄入不足、低蛋白血症或手术创伤作为提供外源性白蛋白和营养支持的依据．但结果却往往不如人愿。可见在l临床处理过程中，对于外源性白蛋白与营养支持的关系、外源性白蛋白能否替代营养支持以及应用外源性白蛋白或营养支持的合适时机等诸多问题一直困扰临床医师；
