摘要
测定54例正常单胎足月妊娠的新生儿脐动、静脉血及其中27例母肘静脉血的pH,PCO2,PO2,HCO3-,BE及Sat·O2值,探讨输注葡萄液对上述各血气值的影响.结果:母亲输注葡萄糖液可使新生儿血pH值和血氧饱和度降低,严重时可致新生儿酸中毒.脐静脉血血氧饱和度与新生儿出生时Apgar评分呈正相关.母肘静脉血与新生儿脐静脉血的血氧饱和度之间呈正的直线相关.结果表明:分娩期输注葡萄糖液对母肘静脉血血气值无明显影响.胎儿脐静脉血血氧饱和度可作为评价新生儿状况的一种辅助指标.
The umbilical artery and vein blood was tested in 54 single full term infants, 27 of whose mothers had their cubital vein blood determined for such values as PH, PCO 2, PO 2, HCO 3 -, BE and Sat.O 2, on purpose of exploring the effect of glucose of infusion on the above values. Result: Maternal glucose infusion brought down the fetal PH and hemoglobin oxygen saturation, which could, if at a critical moment, give rise to fetal acidosis; the hemoglobin oxygen saturation of umbilical vein was positively related to Apgars score of the infants; and the maternal umbilical vein had a positive linear correlation with the hemoglobin oxygen saturation of maternal umbilical vein blood. The results suggested that intrapartum glucose infusion had no obvious effect on the blood gas value of maternal cubital vein and that the hemoglobin oxygen saturation of fetal umbilical vein blood could be regarded as a secondary index in the evaluation of fetal status.
