前部缺血性视神经病变的临床诊断

Clinical Diagnosis of Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

对６６例（７４眼）前部缺血性视神经病变的临床症状和体征进行了总结分析．本病好发于中年以后，本组平均发病年龄为５４岁，而视力锐减，视盘水肿和视野缺损是本病的主要临床表现．认为荧光眼底血管造影配合视野检查，对本病的鉴别和诊断具有较高的参考价值．

Analytically summarized were the clinical symptoms and signs of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in 66 cases (74 eyes). Characterized by hypopisia, optic disc edema and visual field defect, the disease occurred frequently after one's middle age, with the occurrence age averaging 54 in the group. Our opinion is that for the diagnosis and differential identification, a high reference value can be offered by fluorencein fundus angiography in combination with visual field examination.
