戒烟一线药物简介
摘要
烟草依赖是一种慢性高复发性疾病，世界卫生组织已将其列入国际疾病分类（ICD-10，F17．2），确认烟草是目前对人类健康的最大威胁，但同时又是一个可以预防和治疗的主要死因。具有烟草依赖的吸烟者通常情况下需要反复干预和多次努力才能实现有效戒断。目前大约有20．8％的美国成年人吸烟，吸烟率已少于20世纪60年代的一半（44％），已戒烟的人数超过现在吸烟者。
