甲状腺混合性髓样乳头状癌一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男，51岁，发现颈部肿块1年，近期明显增大于2007年11月28日入院。体检：右颈部可触及2cm×2cm肿块，随吞咽上下活动。临床诊断：结节性甲状腺肿。行甲状腺次全切除术，术中冷冻切片检查发现双侧甲状腺多发性结节，其中2个结节较硬，灰白色，界限均清楚。冷冻切片诊断：双侧结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状癌。进而行淋巴结清扫术，术后伤口愈合良好，现进一步随访中。
