无创脑水肿动态监测在自发性脑出血患者中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察自发性脑出血(SICH)患者甘露醇治疗前后脑水肿的动态演变。方法:选择30例SICH患者在甘露醇治疗前、后不同时点运用无创脑水肿动态监护仪动态检测扰动系数。结果:治疗后30 min、1 h、3 h脑出血侧和对侧分别与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);在治疗5 d脑出血侧与对侧相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01),第7天无差异;SICH患者出血侧在治疗后第7天与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:甘露醇治疗3 h后SICH患者全脑脑水肿减轻,脑出血侧脑水肿在用药后5 d内一直重于对侧,第7天出血侧脑水肿减轻。 Objective: To observe the dynamical changes of cerebral edema caused by spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(SICH).Methods: Thirty patients with SICH were recruited for this study.The change of agitating coefficient in the 30 patients was dyamically detected by non-invasive brain edema monitor before and after mannitol infusion at different time points.Results: The study displayed that the difference in agitating coefficient in SICH side and unaffected side was significant before and after mannitol infusion(30min,1 h and 3 h,P〈0.01).Conclusion: Brain edema of SICH will be alleveated 3 hours after mannitol infusion.Brain edema in SICH side was more serious than that in unaffected side for a few days and will be relieved on day 7.
