鼻内镜下扩大Caldwell-lu进路切除侵及翼腭窝肿物

The resection of pterygomaxillary fossa tumor adopting the enlarged Caldwell-Lu approach under nasal endoscope

目的:探讨在鼻内镜下采用扩大的Caldwell-lu进路处理鼻腔及向翼腭窝侵袭肿物的手术方式。方法:对25例翼腭窝合并有鼻腔病变的患者,采用鼻内镜下扩大的Caldwell-lu进路的手术方式,对肿物进行切除。结果:25例患者中,有21例1次性手术成功,4例复发患者经过第2次手术达到满意效果。结论:鼻内镜下扩大的Caldwell-lu进路在处理翼腭窝病变时,不仅面部无瘢痕,且具有创伤小、视野清晰、出血量少等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the effects of the enlarged Caldwell-Lu approach under nasal endoscope on the resection of pterygomaxillary fossa tumor. Methods： 25 cases with pterygomaxillary fossa tumor were performed the tumor resection by the enlarged Caldwell-Lu approach under nasal endoscope. Result： 21 cases were operated the resection operation successfully, however 4 recovered after the second operation. Conclusions： The enlarged Caldwell-Lu approach under nasal endoscope is worthy to be spread in clinic for its tiny trauma, clear operating field and slight hlooding.
