摘要
胆道梗阻伴门静脉高压症是外科处理的难题之一，尤其是并发黄疸及上消化道出血时，更使外科医师面临治疗策略与方法的考验。此种情况即使在大医院也常存在着外科处理的争议、方法缺陷或最优方案的选择。现结合以下病例进行相关问题的讨论，以期提高胆道梗阻与门静脉高压症并发的远期疗效。
