溃疡性结肠炎合并甲状腺功能亢进症1例

One-case analysis of ulcerativecolitis co-existing with hyperthyroidism

患者,女性,59岁,因"反复排黏液血便10年,加重1wk入院,诊断为溃疡性结肠炎.有"甲状腺功能亢进症"病史15年.两种疾病反复发作,入院后检查均呈活动表现,同时治疗后病情好转出院,随访1年半病情稳定.

A famale patient of 59 years old was admitted to hospital because of venting faeces with grume and blood for 10 years, and aggravating for 1 wk. She was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. A diagnosis of hyperthyroidism was made 15 yeas ago. Both diseases recurrently outbroke and were in the active stage. The patient was discharged from hospital after treatment and both diseases were improved well.
