纳米羟基磷灰石在骨科的应用及其抗癌性能的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着最近几年对纳米科学研究的不断深入,纳米物质的特性也在被不断的发现。这其中纳米羟基磷灰石尤为引人注目,除了因其具有良好的生物相容性和力学性能,能与骨形成很强的化学结合,而作为优良的人工骨材料及组织材料以外,它所具有的独特抗癌性能也日益引起大家的注意。本文介绍了纳米羟基磷灰石在骨科研究领域的研究进展,特别是作为一种新的骨科修饰材料所具有的优异生理性能,如促进骨骼发育、促进新生骨的血管化等,并对其在抗癌性能方面也做了相关总结。相信随着研究的深入,对纳米羟基磷灰石性能的了解将会越来越多,其用途也会越来越广泛。 As the nanotech research is unceasingly developing, more and more properties of nanomaterials have been discovered. Among them, nano-hydroxyapatite attracts much attention. Not only its biocompatibility and mechanical properties, which makes them fine materials of artificial bone, but its unique properties of anti-cancer also increasingly gets everybody's attention. In this paper, studies about nano-hydroxyapatite in the field of orthopaedics are reviewed, to promote bone growth and new bone neovascularization, especially having excellent physiological property as a modification material. Moreover, we also make a summary of its anti-cancer property. It is strongly believed that nano-hydroxyapatite will make an exploration and widely application.
