Differential Diagnosis between Intestinal Tuberculosis and Crohn’s Disease

肠结核(IT)和克罗恩病(CD)的鉴别诊断一直是临床难题。临床研究显示内镜检查和手术标本组织病理学在两者的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值,而临床特征、放射影像学、结核杆菌抗酸染色、结核杆菌培养、结核杆菌聚合酶链反应(PCR)以及血清标志物(血管紧张素转换酶和抗酿酒酵母抗体)的价值有限。

Abstract Differential diagnosis between intestinal tuberculosis （IT） and Crohn＇s disease （CD） is always a difficult problem in clinic. Clinical studies have shown that endoscopy and histopathology of surgical specimens are valuable in the differential diagnosis between the two diseases, whereas clinical features, radiologic imaging, acid-fast stain, tubercle bacillus culture, polymerase chain reaction （PCR） for detecting tubercle bacillus and serum markers （angiotensin converting enzyme and anti Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody） only have limited value.
