扩大经蝶进路斜坡肿瘤切除术1例并文献复习

One Case of a Tumor at Clivus Ossis Sphenoidalis Removed by the Extended Sphenoid Approach

目的:为临床开展扩大经蝶进路处理斜坡病变提供临床经验。方法和结果:复习扩大经蝶手术入路的解剖文献,经临床应用该入路并取得成功。结论:了解鼻中隔、蝶窦的解剖及恰当处理斜坡骨质是手术成功的关键。

Objective： To supply clinical experience for handling the lesions at clivus ossis sphenoidalis through the extended sphenoidal pathway. Methods and Results： To review the anatomic literatures about the operative approaches via suprapharyngeal bone. This modus operandi was applied and gained good clinical results. Conclusion ： For a successful operation, it is a key point to have an intimate knowledge of anatomy of nasal septum and sinus sphenoidalis and to deal with the bones of clivus ossis sphenoidalis.
