摘要
分析科技期刊声誉及其特性,阐述科技期刊声誉管理的概念及意义,提出实施科技期刊声誉管理的4个途径:树立声誉至上理念;构建声誉保证机制;提高刊社员工素质;正确对待反馈信息。
In the paper, the reputation and characteristics of sci-tech periodicals are analyzed. Besides, the concept and significance of reputation management of sci-tech periodicals are illustrated. Four pathways are put forward to carry out reputation management of sci-tech periodicals： to put reputation first, establish a guarantee system for reputation, enhance the quality of the staff with sci-tech periodicals and correctly deal with feedback information.
