摘要 科技期刊的细节管理深刻地反映了期刊在时间、空间和文化3个维度上的价值取向和积淀。完美的服务细节是一种境界,臻于至善、追求完美,是科技期刊管理的目标。注重服务细节是期刊管理的深化,要制订服务细节所要求的标准,并完美落实这些服务程序。重视服务细节是一种文化,细节管理是服务文化的积累,是组织文化的体现。细节服务还是一门艺术,只有细节管理才能造就习惯,才能让人训练有素,才能保证服务质量的稳定性和均衡性,也才能较好地满足读者和作者的需要,保持读者和作者的忠诚度。 Management of the details of sci-tech journals profoundly reflects the values and deposit of journals in three dimensions of time, space and culture. Perfect details in service show a realm, and the goal of sci-tech journals management is reaching for excellence and striving for perfection. Paying attention to details of service is the deepening of sci-tech journals management, and it is necessary to develop standards required in details of service and ensure the implementation of these procedures. Attaching importance to details of service is a kind of culture, and the management of details is the accumulation of service culture and a concrete manifestation of the organizational culture. Details service is an art, and only management of details can create habits, make people well-trained, ensure the stability and balance of the quality of service, and better meet the needs as well as maintain the loyalty of readers and authors.
