为了更方便地保护期刊编辑部的重要数据,利用VFP的项目管理器,创建数据表、主程序、参数设置窗体和资料备份窗体,实现了期刊资料的自动备份。将该程序安装在编辑部的任何一台计算机上,并将其添加到启动子菜单中,即可方便地实现程序的自动运行。

For more expediently protecting the important data of periodical editorial department, the authors have made use of a VFP project management tool, establishing data table, main program, parameter constitution window and data backup window, and carried out the automatic backup of periodical data. Installing this program on a computer of editorial department, and adding it to start submenu, the system can run automatically.
