Designs of contribution-interface in sci-tech periodicals

科技工作者和期刊社的空间离散分布导致了两者通信联系的困难,期刊社应提供功能齐全、内容丰富、流程合理的投稿界面作为投稿者与期刊社沟通和交流的平台。分析了投稿管理中存在的不足,认为投稿界面应由3个部分组成,即:基础平台应包括期刊简介、投稿要求等;接收界面是编读之间的交流平台;采编界面应包括稿件审阅意见回馈。

The communication between the contributors and the editors is very difficulty because of their discrete distributed geographical location. So the editorial offices of sci-tech periodicals must establish a platform named contribution-interface which connects the contributors and the editors. This paper analyzes the insufficiency existing in contribution management, designs a reasonable contribution-interface which consists of basic platform, receiving interface and editing interface. The first includes the periodical＇s basic status and requirements for contributions, the second is the communication platform between editors and authors, and the third contains the feedback of peer review.
