检测实验室以ISO/IEC17025标准为依据,从设备购置管理角度出发,对检测仪器设备购置过程中的购置原则、购置流程、注意事项等方面,做一些简单地阐述和探讨。

Determination of kalium content in losarton K drug by atomic absorption spectrometry is discussed in this paper. The detection limit and the quantitative limit of the method are obtained in accordance with dissolving methods of samples and detection conditions of instrument. Experiment result is achieved by working curve method. The linear region of the method is 0.25-0.45μg/mL, the detection limit is 0.043μg/mL and the quantita- tive limit is 0.14μg/mL.
