摘要
选用始雌花节位有差异的节瓜品种配制组合K36×G1,对其P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2代群体植株始雌花节位进行调查,并利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型联合分离分析始雌花节位的遗传规律。结果显示:K36×G1组合的始雌花节位遗传符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传模型,F_2群体主基因遗传率为64.299%、多基因遗传率为0,环境方差占表型方差的比例为35.701%。说明节瓜始雌花节位是由主基因和多基因控制的数量性状,早熟性(较低的始雌花节位)可以通过杂种优势来实现;始雌花节位遗传不稳定,易受环境因素的影响,但定向选择会有较好的效果。
Inheritance of the nodal position for first female flower bud of Chieh-qua in P1, P2, F1 and F2 from cross K36×G1 was investigated by the mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance model of quantitative traits. The joint analysis results showed that the nodal position for first female flower bud of the cross K36×G1 was controlled by two additive-dominance- interaction major'gene plus additive-dominance polygene model. Heritability values of major genes and polygene of the cross K36×G1 of F2 population were estimated as 64.299% and 0, respectively. Environment VAR of the cross K36×G1 of F2 population was 35.701% in total VAR. We concluded that the node for first female flower bud of Chieh-qua was quantitative traits and was controlled by major genes with polygene. Early matured (lower node) could be made by hybrid vigor.Directional selection was effective on the nodal position for first female flower bud.Heritability values of the cross was instability and environment play an important role in the trait inheritance.
