植物生长调节剂促进春石斛提前开花效果研究

Induction of plant growth regulators on early in vivo flowering of Nobile-type Dendrobium

植物生长调节剂对春石斛的花期调控试验结果表明,不经低温诱导、10月份应用植物生长调节剂能促进春石斛杂交种在春节前开花,但最高节开花率仅为21.5%;结合外界低温,11月份应用植物生长调节剂能促进春石斛野生种大苞鞘石斛提前20 d开花,节开花率达50%,且花质明显提高。

A method to induce early in vivo flowering of 2 kinds of Nobile-type Dendrobium was achieved for shortening the juvenile period of these temperate orchids. Using plant growth regulators, 21.5% of branches （Nobile-type Dendrobium hybrid） bloomed normally in spring festival. Conbinating lower temperate culture, 50% of branches developed into normal flowers （Dendrobium wardianum Warner）, which could bloom 20 d earlier than the control.
