基本农田土地整理项目灌溉水源的选择——以黑龙江省某县基本农田土地整理项目为例

Selection of water sources for irrigation——a case study of basic farmland consolidation project in Heilongjiang province

为了选择适合的灌溉水源,黑龙江省某县基本农田土地整理项目选择黑龙江和温河作为灌溉水源进行多方面的比较,结果表明,根据项目区地形地势、土壤条件、气象水文条件、水文地质条件进行可行性分析,选择黑龙江或温河作为灌溉水源。水源水量均满足灌溉需水量要求;在此基础上对选择不同水源时的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益三方面进行效益评价,温河作为该项目区灌溉水源明显好于黑龙江。

In order to select the suitable irrigation water sources, both Heilongjiang and the Wen River could be compared with various aspects as water sources for irrigation in Heilongjiang province county of basic farmland consolidation project. The results showed that both of the two rivers could be regarded as the suitable irrigation water sources from the feasibility analysis of the hypsography, soil conditions, hydrological condition in project area, but Wen River as the water sources was better than that of Heilongjiang from comparison with the social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits.
