提高日立Z-2300火焰偏振塞曼原子吸收灵敏度的探讨

摘要 目的提高日立Z-2300使用的火焰偏振塞曼原子吸收的灵敏度,以满足其对低浓度物质的检测能力。方法使用高效雾化器替代原机火焰雾化器来提高其灵敏度,进而提高其对低浓度元素的检测能力。结果在仪器条件相同的情况下用11个常测元素进行改装前后的比对,发现改装后其灵敏度显著提高,改装后的吸光度(A)值是改装前的2.00~2.85倍(均值为2.34倍),改装后灵敏度(S)是原灵敏度的1.85~2.48倍(均值为2.23倍),检出限(Cu)也由原来的0.0022mg/L降低为0.0009mg/L。结论改装高性能雾化器能显著提高日立原子吸收火焰法的灵敏度,且方法简单有效。 [ Objective] To improve the FAAS sensitivity of HITACHI Z -2300 in order to enhance the detection capacity on the low-concentration substances. [ Methods] In order to enhance the detection capacity on the low-concentration substances, the original flame atomizer was replaced by high performance atomizer to improve the sensitivity. [ Results] Under the same instrument condition, 11 elements were analyzed before and after the replacement; the sensitivity was found to improve significantly; the absorbency ( A ) was 2.00 - 2.85 times of the past ( average 234 times ) ; the sensitivity (S) was 1.85 - 2.48 times of the past ( average 2.23 times) ; the detection limit (Cu) decreased from 0. 0022 mg/L to 0. 0009 mg/L. [ Conclusion] High performance atomizer can significantly improve the FAAS sensitivity of HITACHI Z -2300 and can be operated simply and effectively.
