Monitoring Results of Iodized Salt in Chongming County during 2003—2008

目的了解和掌握崇明县社区居民碘盐食用情况,旨在确保该县居民能食用合格的碘盐。方法按《上海市碘盐监测方案》随机抽样的方法抽取全县9个街道(镇、乡)、36个居委会(村)居民即时食用盐碘含量进行监测,按GB/13025.7-1999直接滴定法测定。结果合计检测碘盐1152份,居民食用碘盐合格率96.53%,非碘盐率为1.04%;其中2005年合格率为95.14%,非碘盐率为1.04%;2006年合格率为97.92%,非碘盐率为0.34%;2007年合格率为96.88%,非碘率为2.08%;2008年合格率97.23%,非碘盐率为0.69%。结论监测数据表明该县居民食用碘盐的合格率较高。

[ Objective] To understand iodized salt intaking status among community residents in Chongming County, so as to ensure the qualified iodized salt consumption. [ Methods] 9 streets （town and country ） and 36 neighborhood committee （village） were selected to conducted Iodine content monitoring, according to ＂Shanghai iodized salt monitoring program＂ , the samples were determined by GB/13025.7-1999 direct titration. [ Results ] A total of 1152 iodine salt were tested, the qualified rate was 96.53 %, no-iodine salt rate was 1.04%. The qualified rate and no-iodine salt rate in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 were 95.14% , 1.04% ; 97.92% , 0.34% ; 96.88% , 2.08% and 97.23% , 0.69% respectively. [ Conclusion] Monitoring data showed that the qualified rate of iodized salt is higher in this county.
