西安市莲湖区社区卫生现状与对策

Sanitary Status in the Community of Lianhu District of Xi'an City and Relevant Countermeasures

目的探讨建立公共卫生长效工作机制。方法对莲湖区10所社区卫生中心进行全面调查。结果社区卫生虽然取得了一定的成效,但总体上仍处于初创阶段,难以满足居民的健康需求。结论应进一步深化社区卫生体制改革,全面加强公共卫生工作。

[ Objective] To explore the long-term mechanism in community public health care. [ Methods] Complete investigation was carried out on 10 community health service centers in Lianhu. [ Results] Although certain progress has been made, the community health care in this area is still in the primary stage and can not meet the requirement of the residents. [ Conclusion] System reform should be strengthened in the community health care and public health work should be enhanced.
