钦州市提高肺结核病人转诊到位率方式初探

Improvement of the Proper Referral of the Tuberculosis Patients in Qinzhou City

目的通过行政干预肺结核病人转诊模式的研究,探寻提高肺结核病人转诊到位率的最佳途径,为控制结核病提供科学依据。方法比较干预措施前后的数据变化来判断干预效果。结果干预措施后的肺结核病的重报率明显下降、转诊率、追踪率和到位率与干预前均明显提高,差异有统计学意义。结论在加强结核病防治机构与医疗机构合作沟通的同时,行政干预是落实归口管理、提高结核病人发现率必不可少的手段。

[ Objective ] To explore the best way of improving proper referral of the tuberculosis patients through administrative intervention and provide scientific evidence for the tuberculosis control. [ Methods] Comparison was made on the data changes before and after the intervention to estimate the intervention effect. [ Results] After the intervention , the rate of repeated reports decreased significantly, while the referral rate, tracking rate and the proper treatment rate were significantly improved, the difference was significant. [ Conclusion] Administrative interventions is an indispensable means for the implementation of centralized management and the increase of the rate of TB diagnosis, meanwhile, cooperation between TB prevention and treatment agencies and the medical institutions is also important.
