Analysis of the Reasons for Ineligible Blood Detection in Xinxiang City

目的分析血液检测结果不合格的原因。方法对2003—2006年所有经检测不合格的血液进行ALT、HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体统计分析。结果在所检测血液中ALT、HBsAg,抗-HCV呈下降趋势,抗-HIV、梅毒抗体呈上升趋势。结论加大无偿献血的宣传力度,改善试剂及检测方法可降低血液的不合格率。

[ Objective] To analyze the reasons for the ineligible blood detection. [ Methods] Statistical analysis was made on the ALT, ttBsAg, HCV Ab, HIV Ab and TP Ab of all the ineligible blood during 2003-2006. [ Results] ALT, ttBsAg and HCV Ab showed a decreasing tendency, while HIV Ab and TP Ab indicated an increasing tendency. [ Conclusion] Blood donation propaganda should be enhanced ; to improve the reagent and detection method can reduce the ineligible rate of the blood.
