应用中心静脉导管引流结核性胸腔积液26例报告

Report of Tuberculosis Pleural Effusion Drainage with Central Intravenous Catheter on 26 Cases

目的探讨应用中心静脉导管置管术治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效和优缺点。方法对26例结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液患者行胸腔穿刺术,留置中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液的效果进行分析。结果26例胸腔积液患者用该方法治疗普遍耐受,治疗效果好。结论该方法比常规胸腔穿刺抽取胸腔积液的方法更安全、可靠,值得临床推广。

[ Objective] To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the application of central intravenous catheter in tuberculosis pleural effusion drainage. [ Methods]26 cases received tuberculosis pleural effusion with central intravenous catheter, the effect was analyzed. [ Results ] The therapeutic effect was proved to be good in all the 26 cases. [ Conclusion ] This method is proved to be safer and more reliable than the routine thoracic puncture drainage.
