摘要
目的探讨老年患者跌倒的危险因素及预防对策。方法对广州市第十二人民医院老年病区68例患者采取防跌倒知识的宣教等干预,并对其效果进行分析总结。结果98.5%的患者不同程度掌握了跌倒相关危险因素及预防措施的知识,老年患者在住院期间无跌倒发生。结论护理干预能有效地预防老年人跌倒,对提高老年人生活质量有重要意义。
[ Objective ] To explore the risk factors and preventive countermeasures of senile tumbles. [ Methods ] Education interwention was carried out among 68 patients in the senile region of the hospital; analysis was made on the effect. [ Results]98.5% of the patients mastered the knowledge of the risk factors and prevention measures of tumble ; no senile tumble took place in the hospital during the hospitalization period. [ Conclusion] Nursing intervention can effectively prevent senile tumble and has great significance in improving senile life quality.
