摘要
针对南水北调中线天津干线混凝土输水箱涵工程存在的骨料疑似碱活性反应和地下水硫酸盐侵蚀问题,开展了大掺量磨细矿渣技术在南水北调中线天津干线工程中的应用研究工作。通过系统试验研究,深入分析了大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土抑制碱骨料反应效能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。研究结果表明,大掺量磨细矿渣技术可以同时解决南水北调天津干线工程混凝土面临的上述两大实际问题,具有很好的推广应用价值。
To solve the problems of doubtful alkaline-active reaction on concrete aggregate and groundwater sulphate erosion during construction of water conveyance concrete box culvert for Tianjin Section of the Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the application of the high-proportion fine slag concrete is studied. Based on a systematic experimental study, the restrainable effect on the alkali-aggregate reaction and the anti-sulphate erosion capability of the concrete mixed with high-pro- portion fine slag are deeply analyzed herein. The study shows that the technology of the concrete mixed with high proportion of slag can resolve the two problems mentioned above simultaneously, and then has a better applicable value for popularization concerned.
