摘要
主要研究了水泥细度对硬化浆体强度、弹性模量、干缩和线膨胀系数的影响情况。试验结果表明,随着水泥细度的增加,弹性模量和线膨胀系数呈线性增长趋势;当中热硅酸盐水泥比表面积超过340 m2/kg时,对试件7 d龄期后的增强效果非常微弱,但干缩速度明显加快,最终干缩率较大。这说明中热硅酸盐水泥细度越大,砂浆体积稳定性越差,尤其是当水泥比表面积超过340 m2/kg时,水泥细度对砂浆体积稳定性的影响非常显著。
In this paper, strength, elastic modulus, dry shrinkage and thermal dilation coefficient of mortar mixing different degree of fineness cement are studied. The results show that elastic modulus and thermal dilation coefficient have increased linearly with cement fineness. While the fineness of moderate heat Portland cement exceed 340 m2/kg, the strengthening effect is not ob- vious, however, the growth rate of dry shrinkage increases obviously, and the ultimate shrinkage strain increases. The conclusions show that the volume stability of mortar has decreased with the increase of moderate heat Portland cement fineness, and cement fineness has significant effect on the volume stability when it exceed 340 m2/kg.
