摘要
高碾压混凝土重力坝在通仓浇筑中由于混凝土的拌和能力和浇筑强度之间的矛盾,以及快速、大仓面碾压浇筑引起的温度应力问题,对高碾压混凝土重力坝实施通仓浇筑是个挑战性的问题。文中提出在高碾压混凝土重力坝施工中必要时仍可设置纵缝的观点。通过比较、分析常规混凝土重力坝纵缝灌浆系统的布置和碾压混凝土坝诱导缝灌浆系统的布置,设计出了用诱导缝技术来解决高碾压混凝土重力坝纵缝的灌浆系统布置。并且详细地分析了纵缝和诱导缝的联系和区别,肯定了在高碾压混凝土重力坝中用诱导缝技术来解决纵缝施工问题的可行性。
During the continuous concrete placement of high RCC gravity dam, the contradiction between the concrete mixing capacity and the placement intensity and the thermal stress caused by fast placement and large placing face are the challenges for the continuous placement of the continuous concrete placement of high RCC gravity dam, for which it puts forward that the longitudinal joint can be still placed for the construction of the RCC placement of the dam. Based on the comparison and analysis on the layouts of both the longitudinal joint grouting system of the conventional concrete gravity dam and the inducing joint grouting system for the RCC dam, a technique of inducing joint is designed for the layout of the longitudinal joint grouting system for the high RCC gravity dam, and then the relationship and distinction between the longitudinal joint and inducing joint are analyzed in detail herein. At last, the feasibility of the application of the technique to solve the problem from the construction of the longitudinal joint with the inducing joint is affirmed as well.
