摘要
介绍了PLC和触摸屏在橡胶坝控制系统中的应用,设计了橡胶坝远程自动控制系统。分析了橡胶坝控制系统的组成结构、工作过程和PLC梯形图控制流程及触摸屏人机界面设计。该系统性能可靠、操作方便、自动化程度高、人机界面直观,有较高应用价值。
The application of PLC （Programmable Logic Controller）and touch-sensitive screen technology to the control system of rubber dam is described, and then a remote automatic control system of the dam is designed ; for which the composing structure, working process and the control process of PLC ladder diagram with the design of the touch-sensitive screen human-computer interface are analyzed as well. The system has a higher applicable value with the merits such as reliable performance, convenient operation, high automatization, intuitive human-computer interface etc.
