中原城市群整合发展的关键问题

STUDY ON KEY QUESTIONS OF THE INTEGRATION DEVELOPMENT OF ZHONGYUAN URBAN AGGLOMERATION

中原城市群的"整合"问题是实现中原崛起乃至中部崛起的重大战略性课题,整合发展是中原城市群发展唯一正确的道路。城市群整合一般包括竞争力整合、城市体系整合、产业整合、空间整合、生态环境整合、基础设施整合和区域协调机制整合等,其中城市竞争力整合、空间整合和城乡生态环境整合是必须先期解决的关键问题。运用多元统计分析、分形分析和层次分析等方法分析了中原城市群城市竞争力、空间布局和城乡生态环境整合的基础,进而提出了解决这些关键问题的方略。

The integration development of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration has become the significant strategic topic realizing Zhongyuan rising and even middle rising, and is the only correct development path for the urban agglomeration.Generally, the urban agglomeration integration includes the competitive power integration, the urban system integration ,the industrial integration ,the spatial integration,the ecological environment integration ,the infrastructure integration and the region coordination machine-made integration ,and so on.The city competitive power integration,the spatial integration and the urban-rural ecological environment integration are the key questions which have to solved ahead of time. This article utilized methods of the multi-dimensional statistical analysis, the fractal analysis and the analytic hierarchy process, analyzed the integration foundations of the city competitive power, the spatial layout and the urban-rural ecological environment in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration,and then,proposed plans for solving these key questions.
