摘要
为了研究膨胀石墨的吸附性能及其再生处理方法对吸附性能的影响,考察了不同黏度的油类等吸附质的吸附量及吸附剂的膨胀容积对吸附量的影响;分别尝试了吸附油后膨胀石墨的真空抽滤、燃烧对油的脱除效率,在连续吸附中测定了膨胀石墨的4次再生效率.实验结果表明:吸附量随吸附质的黏度增大而增加;吸附量与膨胀石墨的膨胀容积呈正相关性;膨胀石墨的真空抽滤和燃烧法对油的脱除效率分别为68.6%和98%;在连续吸附中,真空抽滤和燃烧法的第1次再生效率及4次累计效率分别为57.1%,58.5%和47.3%,50.5%.石墨蠕虫的微观结构上的差异导致吸附性能的巨大变化.真空抽滤法可以用于油的回收及膨胀石墨的再生利用.
The sorption capacities of oils on expanded graphite (EG) and regenerative EG were detected. The influence of oils viscosity and expanded volume of EG on sorption capacity was investigated. Two methods of regeneration of EG saturated by oil were discussed. Experimental results represented a linear relationship be- tween sorption capacity of oil and specific area of EG, between oil viscosity coefficients and sorption capacity, also. Oil removing efficiencies of vacuum filtration and combustion method are 68.6% and 98%, respectively. Regenerative efficiencies and four-time cumulative regenerative efficiencies of vacuum filtration and combustion method are about 57.1% and 58.5 %, 47.3 % and 50.5 %, respectively. Sorption capacity of oil on EG is mainly influenced by structure of the worm-like particles. The method of vacuum filtration could be used in the recovery of oil and regeneration of EG.
