家兔妊娠期间左心室功能的变化

Changes in left ventricular function during pregnancy in rabbit

目的：观察家兔妊娠期间左心室功能变化。方法：在麻醉家兔上，用ＳＭＵＰＰＣ生物信号处理系统，观察左心室收缩期压力峰值（ＬＶＳＰ）、左心室压力最大变化速率（±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ）、室内压为５．３ｋＰａ时的心肌纤维缩短速度（Ｖｃｅ４０）、心肌纤维缩短速度生理最大值（Ｖｍｐ）、理论最大值（Ｖｍａｘ）、心力环总面积（ＬＯ）等。结果：ＬＶＳＰ、±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ、Ｖｃｅ４０、Ｖｍｐ、Ｖｍａｘ、ＬＯ等显著增加。其中±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ增加１０６％，－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ增加９０％，ＬＯ增加９０％。结论：妊娠期间家兔左心室功能增强。

Objective:To study the changes in myocardial contractility of rabbits during pregnacy.Methods:Cardiovascular function of 12 pregnant rabbits was followed up with SMUP PC for the biological signal system.Experiments were performed on anesthetized rabbits and indices including the left ventricular pressure of systolic period(LVSP),maximum rate of intraventricular pressure rise(±dp/dt max),maximum velocity of contractile element shortening(Max Vce or Vmax),physiologycal maximal shortening velocity(Vmp),Vce at 5.3 kPa isovolumic intraventricular pressure(Vce 40),as well as the cardiac force loop(LO) were recorded.Results:Marked increases in values of LVSP,±dp/dt max,Vce 40,Vmax,Vmp and enlargement of the LO were obserbved.Among them,±dp/dt max increased 106%,-dp/dt max 90%,and LO 90%.Conclusions:Myocardial function increases in rabbit during pregnancy.
