摘要
目的:观察家兔妊娠期间左心室功能变化。方法:在麻醉家兔上,用SMUPPC生物信号处理系统,观察左心室收缩期压力峰值(LVSP)、左心室压力最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)、室内压为5.3kPa时的心肌纤维缩短速度(Vce40)、心肌纤维缩短速度生理最大值(Vmp)、理论最大值(Vmax)、心力环总面积(LO)等。结果:LVSP、±dp/dtmax、Vce40、Vmp、Vmax、LO等显著增加。其中±dp/dtmax增加106%,-dp/dtmax增加90%,LO增加90%。结论:妊娠期间家兔左心室功能增强。
Objective:To study the changes in myocardial contractility of rabbits during pregnacy.Methods:Cardiovascular function of 12 pregnant rabbits was followed up with SMUP PC for the biological signal system.Experiments were performed on anesthetized rabbits and indices including the left ventricular pressure of systolic period(LVSP),maximum rate of intraventricular pressure rise(±dp/dt max),maximum velocity of contractile element shortening(Max Vce or Vmax),physiologycal maximal shortening velocity(Vmp),Vce at 5.3 kPa isovolumic intraventricular pressure(Vce 40),as well as the cardiac force loop(LO) were recorded.Results:Marked increases in values of LVSP,±dp/dt max,Vce 40,Vmax,Vmp and enlargement of the LO were obserbved.Among them,±dp/dt max increased 106%,-dp/dt max 90%,and LO 90%.Conclusions:Myocardial function increases in rabbit during pregnancy.
