摘要
研制了一种运动控制器,提出了采用单稳态多谐振荡器和数据选择器的4倍频辨向电路。该系统硬件结构是基于工控机而开发,其功能集12位DAC转换、脉冲接收、倍频辨向计数、零点检测、使能报警及输入输出等于一体。该系统的软件结构通过对系统CMOS/实时钟(RTC)编程实现高精度定时硬件中断,利用VtoolsD编写了虚拟设备驱动程序,实现了对伺服电机的实时位置控制,从而解决了在Windows环境下开发数控系统的关键问题。
Motion controller was developed and quadruple differential circuit utilizing dual monostable multivibrators with Schmitt trigger inputs and dual 4_line to l_line data selectors or multiplexers was put forward. Hardware framework of the system is based on IPC, including 12_bit multiplying D/A conversion, pulse receiving, quadruple differential circuit, zero check and on-off and warning circuit and in-out. Software frame- work was put forward based on the technical programming the CMOS/Real Timer Clock, adopting VtoolsD to programme VxD and real-time position control of servo electromotor was realized. So the key problem of developing NC in the Windows is solved.
