摘要
研究目的在于测试计算机经验、计算机焦虑以及计算机自我效能感等个性因素对中小学教师中初级用户和高级用户的不同影响。结果表明,对于不同用户,这些个性因素之间的相关性,以及它们对学习结果的影响是不同的。最后,提出了帮助中小学教师改善这些个性因素的具体措施。
The purpose of the study was to find whether some individual traits, such as computer experience, computer anxiety and computer self-efficacy, exerted different influence between basic and advanced computer users. The result proved that these individual traits showed different correlations and different influence to learning performance between different levels of computer Users. On the basis of the result, researchers proposed the methods which could improve these individual traits.
