RP-HPLC法测定跌打七厘散中血竭素的含量

Determinnation the Content of Dracohodin in the Die Da Qili Powder by RP-HPLC

目的：建立RP-HPLC法测定跌打七厘散的含量测定方法。方法：RP-HPLC法，色谱柱为DiamonsilODS（250mm×4.6mm，5μ）；流动相：乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（45∶55）；检测波长：440nm；柱温：40℃；流速：1mL/min。结果：血竭素高氯酸盐在0.0476-0.5955μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998）。平均回收率为100.6%，RSD=2.31%。结论：RP-HPLC法简便，快速，准确，可用于跌打七厘散的含量测定。

Objective： An RP - HPLC method was established for the detemination of Die Da Qili powder. Method： The C18 column （250 mm x4. 6 mm, 5 um） was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0. 05 mol/L Monosodium Phosphate （45： 50）, the wavelength of UV detector was 440nm, column temperature was 40℃, and flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Result： The standard curve was linear within the range of 0. 0476 - 0. 5955 ug （ r = 0. 9998 ）, the average recovery was 100. 6%, RSD = 2. 31% . Conclusion ： The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Die Da Qili powder.
