颅脑损伤患者记忆障碍的研究

AN INVESTIGATION ON DYSMNESIA OF PATIENTS WITH HEAD INJURY

测定６８例颅脑损伤患者记忆商（ＭＱ），并与３９例正常人对照，结果两组（ＭＱ）差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；患者组认图、再认、联想、理解等短时记忆测验分数明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示脑外伤易致短时记忆障碍。受损后５个月时复查３６例轻、中型颅脑损伤患者，上述障碍已基本恢复。

Memory quotient tests were performed in 68 patients with head injury.The results of the tests in the patients with head injury were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0 01).The scores of the short period memory test,which included picture recognition,re recognition,associate thinking and comprehension,were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0 01).This investigation shows that injury of the head often leads to short period dysmnesia.Five months after head injury,memory quotients tests were again performed in 21 patients whose head injuries were rather light or moderate,and the results showed their dysmnesia had basically recovered.
