摘要
对３０例因胆囊炎、胆囊结石行电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者，进行术前、手术结束时及手术后２４ｈ血气及血液动力学的检测。结果表明：电视腹腔镜手术时ＣＯ２气腹对患者血气和血液流变学无明显影响，而平均动脉压有较大变化，提示电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术对大多数患者是安全的，但对严重心血管疾病者要慎用。
The blood gas and hemodynamic changes of 30 patients with cholecystitis and gallbladder stone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyed before just after and 24 hours after operation The results showed that the carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic cholecystectomy did not affect the patients blood gas and hemodynamics,but produced significant changes in the mean arterial pressure The results indicate that laparoscopic cholecystectomy is relatively safe for most patients,but special care should be taken when this method is applied to patients with severe cardio vascular diseases
