摘要
针对全国各地出现的CNG(压缩天然气)汽车加气难、排队时间长等问题,提出了CNG汽车快餐式加气模式。CNG气瓶装快速卸机具是快餐式加气模式涉及的关键技术之一。基于快速、安全、自动化的目标和步进电机控制算法,采用三维步进电机加机械传动方法,设计了CNG气瓶快速装卸机具,给出了其智能控制系统的软硬件设计和部分源程序。经实际应用,达到了很好的实用效果。
Aiming at the CNG car filling difficulty, waiting time long issues appeared throughout the country, a kind of fast food-filling model is suggested. CNG cylinders Handling machinery is one of the key technologies concerned with the fast food-filling model. Based on objective of speediness, safety, robotization and stepping motor control algorithm, adopting method of three-dimensional stepping motor and mechanical driving, the CNG cylinders fast handling machinery is designed and design of the hardware and software and partial source programs are presented. After practiced, use very good result was obtained.
