高校学生提出问题能力的培养刍议

On Cultivating the Ability of Posing Problems

本文分析了造成高校学生不愿提问的原因,提出了对中国高等教育以"课程标准"来取代目前的"教学大纲"的建议。指出了充分认识培养学生提出问题能力的重要性,培养学生提出问题能力是素质教育的要求,是课堂教学之魂和科研之魂,同时也提出了怎样培养学生提出问题的能力的措施。

The reason why the university students are reluctant to pose problems is analysed. A proposition that the new course standard should replace the present teaching program in higher education is put forward. The importance of cultivating the students＇ ability of posing problems is pointed out. Cultivating the student＇ s ability of posing problems is the requirement of the quality-orlented education, the soul of teaching and scientific research. Furthermore, we introduce some teaching methods of cultivating the students＇ ability of posing problems.
