摘要
高层次人才是高校发展的核心竞争力,但在发展建设过程面临着发展空间受限制、评价标准单一、成长环境不完善等制度障碍,影响其发展与产出,必须从制度上以超常规的思维创新改革,保障高层次人才更快更好发展。
High level scholars are the core competitiveness of the university, but they always face much system obstacle such as the restrictions of developing space, the single evaluation standards, imperfect enviromnent. These impact their development and results. We must Innovate and reform these obstacle to ensure their development much faster and better.
