摘要
军校教务部门是军校教学管理和组织的核心,其人员、业务应具有较强的连续稳定性,然而由于军队人事、交叉代职、工作机制等原因造成教务工作继承性差、业务连贯性减弱。如在教学档案、学籍资料等较庞杂的事务整理中,后续工作者很难接手管理,在工作配合上产生困难,缺乏对整体工作的系统把握。本文试从教务工作的特点出发,分析制约教务工作连续性的根源,并提出可行性建议。
The educational administration section is the core of the teaching management and organization in military academies. Its personnel and operation should be of strong continuity and stability. However, some factors like the change of troop's personnel, cross functions in acing capacity, working mechanism etc have brought about weak continuance in educational administration. For example, the successive personnel always find it difficult to take over the previous work, to co - operate with one another, and to master the whole work system atically in the sorting of the teaching files, student records etc. This paper tries to find out the source of weakening the continuity and stability in educational administration and puts forward some suggestions based on its own characteristics.
