分析比较指挥型工程硕士和技术类工程硕士的不同之处,针对指挥型工程硕士知识结构、培养目标和培养方式的特点,采取了一系列适合于指挥型工程硕士培养的具体措施,积累了宝贵的经验。最后,对指挥型工程硕士培养方案提出了一些改进建议。

The differences between commanding and technical master of engineering are analyzed and compared at first. Then, aiming at the characteristics of commanding master of engineering in knowledge structure, training goal and training mode, a series of appropriate measures are adopted, and some significant experience has been accumulated. Finally, some efficient suggestions to the training plan of commanding master of engineering are proposed.
