摘要
从研究式教学对教师素质的要求出发,探讨了搞好研究式教学教师应当树立的教学理念、应当发展的道德品质以及努力培养的文化素养,提出了研究式教学教师需要具备创新、科研和吸取知识的三大能力,为造就新一代研究式教学的高素质教师队伍提供参考。
According to the requirements of the research-type teaching for the quality of teachexsthe teaching idea that the teachers should foster, the moral qualities they should develop, and the education they should have are discussed respectively. The three abilities of innovation, scientific research and knowledge assimilation which the teachers need for the researeh-type teaching are also pointed out, in order to provide some information for bringing up a new generation of high-quality teaching contingent of the research-type teaching.
